Jane Steer

Jane was born in 1854 and her baptism took place on August 16th, 1854 in Petworth, Sussex.¹   Jane's father was Thomas Steer and her mother is <Unknown>.  Her paternal grandparents were William Steer and Anne Merriott; her maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and her maternal grandmother was Rhoda Berry. She had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Charles, William, Alfred and Mary.  She was the youngest of the six children.  Jane is no longer alive.
