John Henry was born on October 7th, 1881. John Henry's father was Daniel Hext ROWLANDS and his mother was Ada TOUZEAU.  His maternal grandparents were William TOUZEAU and Mary Ann Eliza WALDEN. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Daniel Hext, William, George, Charles, Edward Walden, May Mary, Rosalie and Ada.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 17 on December 17th, 1898.
