Robert Welsh

Robert was born in 1832 in Manchester.¹

Robert's father was Robert Welsh and his mother was Maria (Mary) Mather.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Mary Barret. He had a brother and four sisters, named William, Hannah, Betsey, Mary and Emma.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 52 in December 1884 in Chorley.²
