Mary Twist

Mary was born in 1831 in Breightmet.¹

- Aged 10 in 1841 at Breightmet Fold
  Aged 20 in 1851 at Spring Row, Breightmet

Mary's father was Jonathan Twist and her mother was Ann (Nancy) Lomax. Her maternal grandparents were Joshua Lomax and Anne (Nancy) Wood. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Joshua, Peter, Susannah, Nancy, Sarah and Deborah. She had an adopted brother named Adam. She died at the age of 70 in 1901 in Utah (UT).²

General Notes
- Mary Twist married Simeon Sandford (1833-1895) and they has a son Daniel (1859-1895). Daniel is the g-grandfather of Kathryn Goodall whjo has a 8cM DNA match to me, probabvly via the Lomax families of Breightmet (or Little Lever), but could also be an Edmund OGDEN (1832-1895) connection in Radcliffe, who married Mary BOOTH (1834-1913)
