Mary Vernon Timmis

Mary was born on August 26th, 1792 in Keele and her baptism took place there on March 19th, 1793.¹   Mary's father was Josiah Timmis and her mother was Ann Berks.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Timmis and Ann Bourne. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Josiah, Thomas, Anne, Elizabeth and Harriet.  She was the oldest of the six known children.  She died at the age of 62 in March 1855 in Stoke Damerel.²
