Josiah was a Farmer in Keele all his life. Josiah was still in Staffs when he died in 1848, leaving a Will. The burial record shows he was 80 years, so the son of Joseph Timmis (not Richard which must be another).
Another Josiah is recorded as a Slate dealer at 4 Waterloo Road, Liverpool in the trade directories, who died 10 years earlier.
