Frank was born in 1785 in Almondbury and his christening took place there on December 26th, 1785.1  Frank's father was David Stocks and his mother was Isabel Lodge.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Stocks and Sara Wilkinson; his maternal grandparents were Joshua Lodge and Isabel Morehouse. He had two brothers and a sister, named Luke, David and Hannah. He had a half-brother named John.  He died at the age of 1 in December 1786 in Berry Brow.  His burial was on December 19th, 1786 in Almondbury.2 2
