Phineas Shuttleworth

Phineas was born on July 11th, 1829 in Salford and his baptism took place on October 11th, 1828 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Phineas' father was William Wetherall and his mother was Ellen Shuttleworth. He had a sister named Ellen. He was the older of the two known children. He died at the age of 73 in July 1902 in Farnworth. His burial was on July 16th, 1902 at St. Paul's (Astley Bridge).³⁴

  In 1891 (aged 61), now widowed and boarding with William and Levinia Barlow at 1 Cotton Works, Sharples (Astley Bridge), Bolton.
