Dorothy Shaw

Dorothy was born in 1895 in Huddersfield.¹ Dorothy's father was Henry Shaw and her mother was Elizabeth Kaye. Her paternal grandparents were Alfred Shaw and Ellen Smith; her maternal grandparents were William Kaye and Elizabeth Wood(?). She had three brothers and a sister, named George, Sidney, Fred and Annie. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 in 1978.
