Jürgen's father was Jürgen Heinrich Niemann and his mother was Catharine Dorothea Röber.  His paternal grandparents were Johann Hinrich Niemann and Sophia Dorothea Niemann. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Jürgen, Jürgen, Johann, Catharine and Catharine.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at just 2 days old on January 1st, 1837 in Uelzen.  He was buried on January 3rd, 1837 in Uelzen.¹
