The will and Codicil of Esther Stocks formerly of Fisher Green Honley but late of Wentworth street Huddersfield both in the county of York. Widow who died 17 May 1881 at Huddersfield was proved at Wakefield by James Moorhouse Stocks of 11 Poultry in the city of London Agent the Son and the Reverend Edward Davies of Wilford Rectory in the County of Nottingham Clerk the Executors.
Esther and James were married in a religious ceremony on March 30th, 1817 in Halifax.4 They had a son and five daughters, named James, Ann, Mary, Charlotte, Sarah and Esther. There are no more children.
