Jane was born in 1770 in Pentrobin and her baptism took place on July 27th, 1770 in Hawarden.1  Jane's father was William Millington and her mother was Elizabeth (Mary) Hewitt. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, George, Rachel, Mary and Rachel.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 62 in 1832 in Hawarden.

‌Jane and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony on February 6th, 1790 in Chester.2  They had a daughter named Esther.  The family line is yet to be completed.
