Thomas Mather

Thomas was born on March 22nd, 1664 in Turton and his baptism took place on March 26th, 1664 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Thomas' father was John Mather and his mother was Ann. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Mordicai, Peter, Margarett and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 68 in November 1732 in Turton. His burial was on November 4th, 1732 at St. Peter's (Bolton).²
