Richard Mather

Richard was born about 1584 in Tyldesley and her baptism took place about 1584 in Leigh.¹

Richard's father was Hugh Mather and her mother was <unknown>. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, James, Hugh, Thomas, Adam and Anne. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died before 1628 in Bedford (Leigh).²
