Peter Mather

Peter was born in March 1787 in Bolton and his baptism took place on March 25th, 1787 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

  There's another Thomas, son of Peter, same age, son of Thomas and Hannah of Little Lever who used Turton Chapel.

Peter's father was Thomas Mather and his mother was Hannah Platt. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Luke, James, Betty and Ruth. He had four half-brothers named Anne, James, John and Thomas. He died at the age of 2 in May 1789 in Bolton. His burial was on June 1st, 1789 at St. Peter's (Bolton).²
