Mary Jane Mather

Mary was born in 1877 in Farnworth.¹

Mary's father was Andrew Mather and her mother was Ann Lightbown. Her paternal grandparents were William Mather and Margaret Gerrard. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, Richard and Margaret. She was the oldest of the four children.
