Dr Joseph Henry Mather

Joseph was born in 1889 in Birkdale.¹ Joseph's father was Joseph Mather and his mother was Jane (Annie) Anne Balmer. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Mather and Betty (Elizabeth) Cooper. He had a brother and a sister, named James and Annie. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 77 on April 30th, 1966.
