John Mather

John's father was Richard Mather and his mother was Alice Taylor. His paternal grandparents were William Mather and Mary Warburton. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, James, Mary, Hannah, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
