Ellis Mather

Ellis was born in 1857 in Swinton.¹

Ellis' father was John Mather and his mother was Martha Adcroft. His paternal grandparents were Ellis Mather and Elizabeth Cook. He had three sisters named Mary, Elizabeth and Alice. He was the third oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 74 on March 9th, 1931 in Worsley.²
