George William Heinz

George was born in June 1870 in Durham.¹

George's father was George  Johann Jacob Heinz and his mother was Bertha Jane Westpfahl.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Friedrich Heinz and Margaretha Catherina Wetterroth; his maternal grandparents were Heinrich Christian Frederick  Westpfahl and Metha (Margaretha) Sophie Albertine Düssmann. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Charles, James, Septimus, Magdalena and Bertha.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 64 on July 26th, 1934 in Northwich.²
