October 10, 1850 (5 months later): Left completely alone with two young minor children (including your 4-year-old Christian Friedrich), Heinrich Christian marries Juliane Charlotte Vocke so his children have a mother to care for them. "Local citizen and Master Shoemaker here, Heinrich Christian Westphal, 33 years old, legitimate son of the deceased local citizen and Master Shoemaker Friedrich Christian Westphal and Helene née Brücken; widower of Margaretha Sophie Albertine née Düssmann, who died here on the 22nd of May 1850".
