Alice Greenhalgh

Alice was born in 1856 in Tottington.¹

Alice's father was Squire Greenhalgh and her mother was Esther Isherwood. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin (Bennett) Isherwood and Esther Mather. She had four brothers and a sister, named William, Bennett, James, Peter and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the six children.
