Thomas' father was William Gore and his mother was Mary Grace. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Gore and Ellen Jeffs Lusty. He had four brothers named George, William, Robert and Alfred. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 76 on December 30th, 1949 in British Columbia. His burial was in December 1949 in British Columbia.²

  Thomas Grace was an illegitimate son of Mary Grace, born 23 Oct 1873. His mother didnt marry William Gore for another 10 years, so it is unlikely William is his father.
