Frank was born on December 1st, 1918 in British Columbia.¹ Frank's father was Thomas Grace (Gore) and his mother was Bertha Colehill. His paternal grandparents were William Gore and Mary Grace. He had two brothers and a sister, named Horace, Gary and Marjorie. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 94 on July 13th, 2013 in British Columbia.²
