James Fairhurst

James was born in 1807 in Bolton and his christening took place on March 29th, 1807 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

James' father was Henry Fairhurst and his mother was Elizabeth (Betty) Fletcher. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Margaret, Hannah, Ellen and Mary.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven known children.  He died at the age of 12 in August 1819 in Little Bolton.  He was buried on August 5th, 1819 in Little Bolton.^2 2
