Patricia's father was Maurice Stanley Dowker and her mother was Mabel Lister. Her maternal grandparents were Frank Lister and Mary Walton. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Brian, Kevin, Steven, Lesley, Susan and Sharron. She died at the age of 76 on April 2nd, 2024 in Ilkley.²
