John was born on January 24th, 1885 in Utah (UT).1  John's father was John Brooks and his mother was Jane (Nancy) Booth.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brooks and Margaret (Peggy) Holding; his maternal grandparents were John Booth and Ann Hulme (Holmes). He had a brother and two sisters, named James, Clara and Gertrude.  He was the second oldest of the four known children.  He died at the age of 86 on January 17th, 1972 in Utah (UT).2 





John's family with Levinah Elizabeth Allen

‌John and Levinah were married in a religious ceremony on September 20th, 1916 in Utah (UT).2   The family line is yet to be completed.
