Dorothy Brereton

Dorothy was born in March 1639 in Nantwich and her baptism took place there on March 15th, 1639.¹

Dorothy's father was John Brereton and her mother was Dorothy Browne. Her paternal grandparents were Sir John Brereton and Lady Anne Fyton. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, William, Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Margaret. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 2 in July 1641 in Nantwich. Her burial was on July 4th, 1641 in Nantwich.²
