Thomas Booth

Thomas was born in 1833 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on July 21st, 1833 at St. Peter's (Bolton) conducted by Curate Charles Agar.¹

Thomas' father was Luke Booth and his mother was Mary Clifford. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Joseph, Richard, Richard, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
