Joseph Booth

Joseph was born in 1831 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on August 21st, 1831 at St. Peter's (Bolton) conducted by minister Thomas Airey.¹

Joseph's father was Luke Booth and his mother was Mary Clifford. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Thomas, Richard, Richard, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 in May 1832 in Little Bolton. His burial was on May 7th, 1832 at All Saints, Little Bolton.²¹
