James Booth

James was born in 1825 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on May 1st, 1825 at St. Peter's (Bolton) conducted by minister B Moore.¹

James' father was Luke Booth and his mother was Mary Clifford. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, Richard, Richard, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children.
