Ann's father was Henry Bennett and her mother was Eleanor (Elinor) Coppack.  Her paternal grandparents were William Bennett and Anne. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Benjamin, Samuel, Charles, James, Mary and Martha.  She was the third oldest of the nine known children.
