Anna was born on July 3rd, 1902 in Millard. Anna's father was Joseph Conrad Beckstrand and her mother was Emmaline Bennett. Her maternal grandparents were Cap John Bennett and Jane Roberts. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, John, Linford, Orrin, Alta and Edith. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
