James Batho

James was born in June 1841 in Whitchurch and his christening took place there on June 13th, 1841.¹

James' father was George Batho and his mother was Sarah Holderhead.  His paternal grandparents were George Batho and Rosanna (Rosina). He had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles, John, Robert, Mary, Betsy, Rose and Jane.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 87 in 1928 in West Derby.²
