In 1841, Elizabeth Horrocks (35) was listed under her assumed mother Jane Banks (60). With her were sons Banks and Edwin Horrocks (9 & 1). Also James and Margaret Mather (both 30) were present, probably Jane's son-in-law and daughter.
Betty and James were married in a religious ceremony on December 7th, 1831 at St. Mary (Deane).2 They had two sons named James and Edwin.
