Pearl's father was Fred Dupree (Dupra) and her mother was Aline   Vive Lamour.  Her maternal grandparents were John Vivelamour and Julia Marois (King).  Joseph Dupree (Dupré) and Mary were her grandparents through her father's adoption. She had seven brothers named Fred, Henry, Herbert, Noah, Augustus, Levi and Arthur.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight known children.  She died at the age of 78 in 1977 in Malone, Franklin County, New York.²
