Augustus' father was Fred Dupree (Dupra) and his mother was Aline   Vive Lamour.  His maternal grandparents were John Vivelamour and Julia Marois (King).  Joseph Dupree (Dupré) and Mary were his grandparents through his father's adoption. He had six brothers and a sister, named Fred, Henry, Herbert, Noah, Levi, Arthur and Pearl.  He was the third youngest of the eight known children.  He died from cancer, Colon, at the age of 63 on October 6th, 1964 in New York, USA.  He was buried at the Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Constable, New York.^2 2
