Emily Hellen SKEWES

Emily was born on December 17th, 1867 in Stockport, SA.¹   Emily's father was James Michael SKEWES and her mother was Helen Maria BRADY.  Her paternal grandparents were John SKEWES and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Samuel BRADY and <Unknown>. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Edward, James, William, Michael, John, Horace, Jenkin, Albert, Sydney, Eva, Theresa, Annie and Helen.  She was the third oldest of the fourteen children.
