Lilian was born in 1873 in St Johns, Worcestershire, England.1 Lilian's father was Thomas PASSEY and her mother was Mary Ann STINGER. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas PASSEY and Charlotte PASSEY(nee UNKNOWN). She had a brother and three sisters, named Frederick, Charlotte, Alice and Hellen.
