Alice was born in 1880 in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England.1 Alice's father was Thomas PASSEY and her mother was Mary Ann STINGER. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas PASSEY and Charlotte PASSEY(nee UNKNOWN). She had a brother and three sisters, named Frederick, Lilian, Charlotte and Hellen.
