Florence Miriam MATTHEWS

Florence was born on September 13th, 1878 in Portland Estate, SA.¹   Florence's father was George MATTHEWS and her mother was Eliza WATSON.  Her paternal grandparents were George MATTHEWS and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Joseph WATSON and Miriam COTTON. She had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Charles, William, Eliza, Margaret, Emmie and Fanny.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.
