Arthur was born on September 6th, 1868 in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England.1 Arthur's father was Richard JOWSEY and his mother was Mary Sanderson ROBINSON. His paternal grandparents were John JOWSEY and Ann ROBINSON. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Jack, Charles and Caroline. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 82 on January 24th, 1951 in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England.1 General Notes
