His paternal grandparents were Richard KENNY and Mary CAHILL; his maternal grandparents are Joseph MALONE and Catherine MALLICK. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Bartholomew Valentine, Denis Joseph, John, James, Maria, Catherine, Anna and Mary. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.-
