Craig Reid from the Avoaca area p[osted on Our Facebook page, Wicklow Genealogy:  There’s an article in the Wicklow people 6 Feb 1926 pg6 that gives details of a case of between Bart Kenny and Denis Kenny on settlement of Denis Kenny’s estate. It doesn't say where your granddad James lived though unfortunately, but gives a suggestion of where others may have ended up?
At his time of death Denis left 4 sons, 3 daughters and one granddaughter.
He had 3 farms of 36, 12 and 6 acres respectively plus £100 in deposit in his and his son Denis’ name.
I’ve summarised the outcome below….I hope I’ve got this right
Bart Kenny - Plaintiff - 36 acre farm + £20. Also to keep the remaining of the assets and the holding at Tigroney and pay costs.
Denis Kenny - Defendant - 6 acre farm at Shraghmore + £46
John Kenny - Holding at Conary 12 acres + £43
James Kenny - £63
Mary Mackan - £30
Kate Reid - £30
Mary Tobin - Granddaughter - £25
Annie Macken - £30
Remaining costs to be divided equally and all hay to be divided between the 4 sons.
