George Kynoch Ross

George was born on March 7th, 1873 in Keith, Banffshire, Scotland.  George's father was William Ross and his mother was Jane Grant.  His paternal grandparents were John Ross and Margaret Stewart; his maternal grandparents were Peter Grant and Margaret Currie. He had a brother and six sisters, named Alexander, Margaret, Isabella, Jane, Jessie, Mary and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
