James Pester

James was born in 1766 in Ilton, Somerset, England.  James' father was Edward Pester and his mother was Rachel Derman. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert, John, Mary, Mary, Ann, Rachel and Betty.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.
