Thomas Greig

Thomas was born on October 3rd, 1843 in Ayton, Berwickshire, Scotland.  Thomas' father was James Greig and his mother was Elizabeth Craik.  His paternal grandparents were Alexander Greig and Margaret Symington; his maternal grandparents were James Craik and Agnes Thompson. He had four brothers and a sister, named Alexander, James, James, Charles and Margaret.  He was the third oldest of the six children.
