William Cookson 
William was born on May 14th, 1757. William's father was Thomas Cookson and his mother was Sarah Hull. His paternal grandparents were John Cookson and Dorothy Long; his maternal grandparents were No Name Hull and Unknown. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Francis Gwyn, John, Joseph, George, Charles Norris, Henry Benjamin Wyndham, Henry Henley, Sophia, Sarah and Edith. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 21 in August 1778 in At Sea off Egg Harbour.. He was buried in At Sea.-
