Frances Mary Jane was born on June 10th, 1820 and her baptism took place on August 21st, 1820. Frances Mary Jane's father was Thomas Robert Cookson and her mother was Mary Barton. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Norris Cookson and Mary Margaret Weir; her maternal grandparents were James Barton and Mary Unknown. She had three sisters named Sophia Frances, Eliza Mary and Charlianna. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Frederick Thomas, Charles Robert, Eliza and Annie. She died in India.-
