Harrison was born on June 25th, 1842 in Addison Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, USA.1   Harrison's father was Henry F Younkin and his mother was Mary King (Younkin).  His paternal grandparents were Frederick G Younkin and Catherine Patton (Younkin). He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Moses, William, Alfred, Silas, John, Ross, Jerry, Cassie, Rachel, Mary and Hilah.  He died at the age of 76 on June 18th, 1919 in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried at the Oakland Cemetery, Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, USA.1 1 

Harrison's family

Harrison and Sarah were married in a religious & civil ceremony.1   They had a son and three daughters, named Ellsworth, Laura, Mollie and Ada.
